All psychiatrists who are volunteer clinical faculty members at the UCLA Geffen School of Medicine's Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences are de facto members of the PCFA.   The Association is a registered 501(c)(3) organization.  It is governed by a volunteer board of directors:
